Dr. Michael J. Anghel
Board member at Orange [PTNR] Orbotech [ORBK] Syneron [ELOS] and Strauss Group [STRS]. From 1977 to 1999, he led the Discount Investment Corporation Ltd. (of the IDB Group) activities in the fields of technology and communications. Dr. Anghel was instrumental in founding Tevel, one of the first Israeli cable television operators and later in founding Cellcom – the second Israeli cellular operator. He has served on the boards of various major Israeli corporations and financial institutions including Elron, Elbit, Nice, Gilat, American Israeli Paper Mills, Maalot (the Israeli affiliate of Standard and Poor’s) and Hapoalim Capital Markets.
Gerd joined Deutsche Telekom in 1990 where he served as Deputy Chairman of the board of management and, from 2002 to the end of 2004, as special representative to the chairman of the board of management for competition and telecommunications policy. Prior to this, he worked at the German Federal Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and for 10 years, headed the Ministry’s Policy section. He is currently a member of the Board of Ses Global SA, a Luxembourg-based satellite company; Chairman of the Board of Sutter Telefonbuchverlag, Germany; *Member of the Board of Transmode, Sweden and of CombiPhone, Germany.

Previously, he served as the CEO of Ravad Ltd. (526012 on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange). Mr. Meytal holds a Bachelors degree in accounting and business management from the Michlala Leminhal.

Mr. Alcalay led the development of strategic relations with telecom vendors as well as the establishment of Leadcom’s presence in CALA and EMEA. Prior to joining Leadcom, he served as Associate Vice President of Sales and Operations at the worldwide division of public networks at Telrad Networks Ltd.
